One of the world`s leading international and domestic airlines is currently hiring Ramp Agents for their La Guardia Airport location!!!
As a member of the Ramp Agent ground crew, you`ll work in an enjoyable team environment and help make sure that our passengers` baggage arrives safely when they do. Ramp Operators lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Duties also include operating ground support equipment such as tugs, conveyor belts and tow tractors.
As part of the Ramp Agent team, you can work upwards to 999 hours per year. This position could be the perfect entry-level position though, which could eventually allow you to apply for a full-time position if you so desire. The benefits include flight privileges and working flexible schedules.
To qualify for this position, you must possess: strong customer service skills, the ability to lift at least 70 lbs., a High School Diploma/GED & valid driver`s license, computer skills as well as the ability to pass a drug test and background check. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old. Previous ramp operations experience is preferred, but not essential.
MUST BE DRESSED IN PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE, HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE AND A RESUME.
